On November 10, I had the privilege of meeting Justine Proulx and to see her murals at the Louis Riel Arts and Technology Center. On December 1 at 1:30 pm, I will be recognizing Justine for her amazing mural work through a Private Members Statement that will be read at the Manitoba Legislature.
